With Operations in Downtown Eureka
As residents of Humboldt County, we want to see our County prosper in a smart, sustainable way that preserves everything we love about living here.
We are working with local officials and planning departments, nonprofit groups, and the public to make sure our current project will help mitigate the impacts of the current housing crisis while remaining true to what makes Humboldt County a desirable place to live, work, study, and play.
The proposed Indianola project is a planned community housing development of apartments and townhomes on 22 acres centrally located between Arcata and Eureka, east of the Indianola cutoff and Highway 101.
We look forward to helping to cultivate a downtown Eureka that is vibrant and safe; A place where people want to live, work, play and visit. We are working with other downtown business owners to make sure our patrons are well served and our employees are able to safely come in to the office and support local businesses.
