5th Street Plaza
SNP purchased a derelict property on the 300 block of 5th Street in downtown Eureka. The new building was designed in Downton Eureka’s historic Victorian style and now houses a Starbucks, Wells Fargo Advisors, and the award-winning local favorite Humboldt Smokehouse.
Arkley Center for the Performing Arts
This 1920s building on G Street was purchased by the Arkley family in 2003 after being vacant for 10 years. Following four years of renovation and restoration work, it was reopened in 2007 as the Arkley Center for the Performing Arts.
North Coast Co-Op
North Coast Co-Op is a member-owned food cooperative in both Arcata and Eureka. The Eureka location opened in 1982 and bounced around until Security National provided the location at 25 4th Street, rehabilitating the building and providing a beautiful store for the community.
