Board of Supervisors Approves SNP Petition
The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on November 1, 2022, to approved download and read the application here to begin studying the feasibility of building a community housing project halfway between Arcata and Eureka east of Highway 101 and the Indianola Cutoff.
SNP is investing its own funds into this project that will provide much needed housing for the area’s workforce and students. The development will support smart, responsible growth with easy access to to Arcata, Eureka, Cal Poly Humboldt, area hospitals, and public transportation.
